Friends

This is my younger and fiesty sister! Watch out or she will give you the snarl. "You, you're sisters, do you share everything? (Everything.) Then give your sister her half of this!" (Smack!)
(Name the movie)
Suzi Grant and I at Sammy's Baptism. It is so great having friends that go back to 7th grade, and having a friend with such amazing hair!
These girls go back just as far, and farther. Marian is the first person who inspired me to sing and play the guitar. There is no one in the world who is funner to get hyper with than Marian. Brianna and I became as close as sisters my freshman year of high school. Lake Powell trips and skiing stand out the most when I think of our memories. And Grace....I don't even know where to begin. I think Grace knew me better than anyone else for over 10 years, or until Dave came into the picture. She will take on any adventure, and back in the day, I was almost as brave as her; whether it be skiing, snowboarding, climbing, biking, parasailing, water skiing, rollerblading, cliff jumping, and everything else in between.
Oh yea, I just thought of something I would have never done with out the influence of Grace...crowd surfing at a concert! She had done it numerous times and finally I got up the guts. It really is an amazing feeling...until you get dropped, which I did!
I feel grateful for the friends I have had during the different phases of my life. If you are out there reading this, I just want to say, "Thank you for being a friend."
(Does anyone think of the Golden Girls theme song?)
I love you guys!
And by the way, thank you for putting up with all the dumb things I say and do! Hopefully those of you who know me well, know that I have good intentions, and once I make a friend, it's for life!

Thank goodness for friends!! Fun to read about yours, Kristine. (Parent Trap, by the way - LOVE it.)

I totally heard the Golden Girls song. Love that show. I'm jealous I couldn't be there in SL to see you too.

Hilary already said it, but I also recognize the Parent Trap, excellent movie. :0)

It's so fun having longtime friends like that, how fun! I've lost contact with a lot of my old time friends, but I still have a few in Seattle from elementary school. It's always great to have a history together. :0)

Just for the record: I knew it was Parent Trap before I read your friend's (Hilary) comment. I could watch Susan and Sharon over and over...and over.

Hm, you've done some cool and crazy things with your friends over the years. You should be crazy again. (and not just mini van off-roading in pumpkin patches)
