A day picking pumpkins

Josh's preschool had a field trip to Blake's orchard to pick pumpkins and apples. It worked out perfectly because Kate and Thomas were here to come join in the fun. One thing I will really miss here in Michigan is Josh's preschool. We love his teachers and can not believe he will be starting Kindergarten next year.
Do you think Maddie loves Thomas?! He was chasing her for at least 20 minutes in a haystack maze. She was squealing at the top of her lungs the whole time.

Kate and Tyler

Wow! I have an awesome body, don't you think?

We all went on a hay ride!

This is Josh's best friend Wyait. He is at our house just about every day. We love him!

One day Kate and I were laughing in the car and Josh shouted up from the back seat,
"STOP LAUGHING YOU SISTERS!!!"
It is funny how whenever Kate and I are together everyone says that our
voices sound exactly a like. One lady could not believe we were 5 years apart. She thought we had to be a year apart. And let me publicly announce that Kate said she IS starting to get excited to have kids! Not ready.....just starting. I told her it will be hard for me to live up to the kind of aunt she is, but I will do my best.
We had a great time at the orchard, but the best part was when we went home and made Carmel apples with all the fresh apples we picked. Kate and Thomas loved getting to know all of Josh's school mates also. They got to be the "working parent" one of the mornings. Josh felt super special having his aunt and uncle spend a day in his classroom. Thanks guys for the awesome week! More pictures will be posted......

It looks like you had a fabulous time. There isnothing better than visitors when you are away. The kids look darling and Tyle is getting so big. Fresh caramel apples sound heavenly. Autumn is the best time of year. Glad that Josh loves his shcool so much. I love you all. Nettie

You and Kate both have great bodies! The trees look so beautiful in the background. I'm glad "you sisters" had fun. For the record, I don't think you sound alike.
